At Fieldworks, we believe land services shouldn’t feel like guesswork. That’s why we offer transparent, flat-rate pricing based on the size of your land and the project you need done.

You’ll know exactly what to expect, with no hidden fees, no vague estimates, and no surprises on the invoice.

  • Light Brush (trees ≤ wrist-size circumference) = $2,000 / acre

    Wooded Land (trees > wrist-size circumference) $4,000 / acre

    Pricing includes steep terrain, fences, dense growth, and other common site conditions.

    Propety size affects price. For example, 2 acres of light brush would be $4,000, and so on.

    We handle the complexity, you just get a clean, cleared site.

    *Minimum job charge: $1,000

  • Standard Grading - $5,000 per acre

    Includes: flat or gently sloped land, minor cut or fill work, leveling and smoothing, all machines, fuel, hauling, labor

    Advanced Grading - $8,000 per acre

    Includes: uneven land, moderate slopes, significant cut/fill, recontouring for drainage, all machines, fuel, hauling, labor

    Complex Grading - $11,000 per acre

    Includes: Steep, rocky, or hard-to-access terrain, major grading, major hauling or dirt import, multi-level shaping, erosion control, all machines, fuel, labor

  • 24/7 On-Call Emergency Land Services. Pricing is a monthly subscription and includes:

    1. Storm Debris Cleanup - Tree limbs, brush removal, fallen fencing, debris

    2. Flood Response & Pump-Out - Temporary drainage solutions, water removal, sandbag placement

    3. Hazard Mitigation / Site Securing - Board-ups, temporary fencing, caution signage, debris containment

    4. Emergency Land Access Clearing - Remove downed trees/brush to restore access for emergency services

    5. Slip, Trip & Fall Risk Mitigation - Fast removal of sidewalk debris, slippery organic buildup, or hazards on walking paths

    6. Urgent Field Mowing / Brush Control - Fire risk abatement for neglected lots or easements under code violation pressure
